When you click on the View Case List, you will be able to see all live cases that you have either created or been invited to access. To see a training case, click on the "view training cases" tick box.


If you can't see a case listed:

  • First click on "Clear Filter" to ensure you are not being restricted by an inaccurate search.
  • Go back to the user that invited you and confirm that they have used the correct email address for you
